1. General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms", or "this Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the registered user or visitor) and nogood (hereinafter referred to as "nogood", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") in respect of your access to and use of the website located at nogood.vip and all associated services, features, content, games, betting markets, and payment facilities offered thereon.

By accessing the nogood website, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in a promotion, or using any part of the nogood service in any capacity, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must cease using the nogood platform immediately.

These Terms apply to all users of the nogood platform regardless of the device used to access it, including desktop browsers, mobile browsers, and any application interfaces provided by or on behalf of nogood. 2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the nogood platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied before an account is created and maintained in good standing:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and must remain aged 18 or above for the duration of your use of the nogood platform. Gambling by persons under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited.
• You must be a natural person (an individual human being). Corporate entities, trusts, and legal structures of any kind may not register as users of the nogood platform.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or gambling restriction — whether self-imposed through the nogood responsible gaming tools or imposed externally through another platform or regulatory mechanism.
• You must not be acting as an agent, nominee, or proxy for any third party when registering an account or conducting transactions on the nogood platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction of residence.

nogood reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any stage of the registration or verification process. Documents commonly requested include a national identity card, passport, or driver's licence. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension until verification is completed.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of services on the nogood platform — including depositing funds, placing bets, and claiming bonuses — you must register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information about yourself, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one account on the nogood platform at any given time. Registering or attempting to register more than one account — whether under the same or different personal details, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. nogood uses automated systems to detect duplicate account registrations. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be closed without notice and any balances held may be forfeited.

3.2 Account Credentials & Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your nogood account login credentials, including your username and password. nogood strongly recommends that you:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other website or service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) if offered within your account settings.
• Log out of your nogood account after each session, particularly when accessing from shared or public devices.
• Never share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

nogood will never request your password via email, live chat, telephone, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from nogood that asks for your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to the support team immediately.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

As part of our commitment to responsible gaming, fraud prevention, and anti-money laundering compliance, nogood may require account holders to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This process may be triggered at registration, before a first withdrawal, or at any point where account activity warrants additional verification. Documents that may be requested include proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits.

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until any outstanding KYC verification has been completed to the satisfaction of the nogood compliance team. 4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on the nogood platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform does not charge currency conversion fees. The following payment methods are supported for both deposits and withdrawals unless otherwise indicated in the payment section of your account:

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is ৳500. Deposits are credited to your nogood account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. nogood does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which nogood accepts no liability.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification status and any applicable bonus wagering conditions. The average withdrawal processing time via bKash and Nagad is 15 minutes from the point at which the request is approved by the nogood payments team. nogood does not guarantee processing times in circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including payment provider outages or banking holidays.

nogood reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals that exceed specified thresholds. Withdrawals will not be processed to any payment method not registered in the name of the account holder.

4.3 Prohibited Transactions

The nogood platform must not be used as a mechanism for financial transactions unrelated to genuine gaming activity. Depositing funds without the intention of participating in games or sports betting — for the purpose of exploiting payment processing infrastructure — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms. nogood reserves the right to void transactions and close accounts where such activity is detected.

5. Bonus & Promotional Terms

From time to time, nogood offers promotional bonuses, free bets, deposit match offers, cashback promotions, and other incentive schemes to registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms published with each individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. nogood reserves the right to exclude any account from any promotion at its sole discretion.
• Unless stated otherwise, bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each promotion is stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Minimum odds, game contribution rates, and eligible game categories apply to wagering requirements and are specified per promotion.
• Bonuses that are not claimed within the specified validity period will expire and be removed from the account balance automatically.
• Only one bonus may be active in a player's account at any given time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.

• nogood reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to the obligation to honour any wagers placed in good faith under the original promotion terms.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the nogood platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, honest, and responsible manner at all times. The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering an account if you are under 18 years of age or if you are subject to a self-exclusion order.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any point, including during registration, KYC verification, or support interactions.
• Registering or operating more than one account on the nogood platform.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your nogood account, including family members, friends, or associates.
• Using automated scripts, bots, software exploits, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the nogood platform in a manner not explicitly sanctioned by nogood.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, match-fixing, or manipulation of game outcomes.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any gains derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Using the nogood platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing conduct toward nogood staff or other users via support channels.
• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content, data, odds, or information from the nogood platform without express written authorisation.

Breach of any of the above obligations may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable. nogood's determination of whether a breach has occurred is final.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the nogood platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, and the overall design and layout of the website — is the property of nogood or its content and technology licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the nogood platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, or distribute any content from the nogood platform; scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the nogood website; or frame or mirror any part of the nogood platform on any other website or service.

Game content on the nogood platform is provided under licence from third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others. All intellectual property rights in individual game titles remain with their respective developers and publishers.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your nogood account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before a voluntary closure request is processed, any pending withdrawal requests will be completed and any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses will be reviewed. Accounts subject to ongoing investigations may not be closed until those investigations are concluded.

8.2 Suspension or Closure by nogood

nogood reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Detection of duplicate accounts linked to the same individual.
• Account activity inconsistent with genuine recreational gaming, including patterns consistent with bonus abuse or arbitrage betting at a scale that constitutes commercial exploitation of the platform.
• Instruction from a competent legal authority or regulatory body.

In cases of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, nogood reserves the right to withhold any remaining account balance pending investigation. Where a balance is determined to be legitimately earned through compliant gameplay, it will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method. Balances derived from fraudulent or prohibited activity will be forfeited.

9. Limitation of Liability

The nogood platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While nogood makes every reasonable effort to ensure that the platform operates reliably, accurately, and securely at all times, nogood does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nogood shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings, funds, or data arising from technical failures, server outages, payment provider interruptions, or circumstances beyond nogood's reasonable control.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the nogood platform.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Any decision, outcome, or result in a game or sporting event on which you have placed a bet.
• The content, accuracy, or availability of any third-party service, payment provider, or game studio integrated with the nogood platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits nogood's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Gambling involves financial risk and the possibility of losing money. By using the nogood platform you acknowledge that you are gambling with funds you can afford to lose and that nogood bears no responsibility for any personal financial consequences resulting from your gambling activity. 10. Amendments to These Terms
